Subject: - Implementation of the approval for Foreign Direct Investment involving FDI of Rs. 25 crores and above.

Sir,

As you are aware Government of India has set up Foreign Investment Implementation Authority (FIIA) to provide pro-active one-stop aftercare service to foreign investors. The objective of FIIA is to facilitate quick translation of FDI approvals into implementation.

2. In case you are facing any difficulty in obtaining necessary approvals from the concerned Ministries of Government of India/ State Government or other Govt. agencies, hampering the implementation of your project, and wish FIIA to take up the issue with the concerned authorities for early resolution, brief details of the issues involved may please be sent to FIIA at its e-mail address fiia@ub.nic.in.

3. FIIA is also updating its database of approvals involving FDI approval of Rs. 25 crores and above, and the status of the implementation of the projects. You are requested to provide the latest information on the following:

  1. Name of the Company
  2. Name of the foreign collaborator
  3. Item of manufacture/activity
  4. Percentage and Amount of FDI approved/ received
  5. Present address
  6. Telephone number
  7. Fax number
  8. E-mail address
  9. Present Status -Implemented / Under Implementation / Not yet Started / Dropped
